vscode如何做提示信息？

vscode添加智能提示

由于tsd已经被废弃，所以不再使用tsd，使用typings

安装typings

npm install typings -g或者npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.orgcnpm install typings -g
