添加 fromRoute() 测试助手

@fragkp 提供了一个 fromRoute() 测试助手，用于在功能测试中断言重定向响应。

该方法是将路由传递给 from() 测试用例方法的语法糖：

    ->assertRedirectToRoute('index');

现在，您可以向 fromRoute() 方法传递字符串，以方便使用：

为蓝图添加字符集和校对方法

@gcazin 为模式蓝图类贡献了两个新方法，用于定义字符集和校对：

Jared Lewis 提供了一个 @session Blade指令，用于检查会话值是否存在。

它还支持嵌入式 @session 使用：

为 whereJsonContains 添加 SQLite 支持

Daniele Ambrosino 使用 SQLite 数据库为 whereJsonContains 提供了支持：

从 3.38.0 版开始，SQLite 默认添加了 JSON 支持。

尽管如此，无论 SQLite 版本如何，

SQLite 语法目前都不支持 whereJsonContains 和 whereJsonDoesntContain 方法。
