本周，Laravel 团队发布了 v10.21.1 和 v10.22，其中包括 ULID 测试帮助程序、预识别测试帮助程序、Rule::in() 和 Rule::notIn() 验证规则中的 Enum 支持等：

ULID 测试帮助程序

Jason Jones 提供了用于生成 ULID 的测试帮助程序，以匹配为 UUID 创建的测试帮助程序：
